It seems that it is an absolutely natural question - how do all these drugs work? As for me, I usually don't like such questions because there are a lot of things around us which work and we are often out of touch with their principles of operation. This story, may be, sounds not quite scientific but I don't pretend to become a new Nobel laureate in Medicine! The most important thing is to understand basic mechanism of action.
