Whatever names all these preparations have, Sildenafil as well as Vardenafil and Tadalafil have absolutely the same mechanism of action - they inhibit the formation of PDE5 (special chemical, named phosphodiesterase type 5, neutralizing other chemicals, which are responsible for erection).
