Sport and Potency

I am very lazy! And I know that... I prefer watching sports on TV to jogging or jumping in early in the mornings! I very often sit late but I know that I have to get up every morning. My mind revolts against this thought that's why I usually get up soon after nine every morning. And I disciplined myself to exercise every day in spite of my laziness. But I had never exercised regularly before I faced my problems with sexual potency. We always try to lock the barn door after the horse is stolen...

Be active without fanaticism!

Of course, it deranged me when my own body showed the symptoms of impotence. I felt resolved, in my desperation, and was ready to go to all lengths to take over the control of... of my own penis, actually!!! When I returned from the USA (it was after my first visit) I decided to change my life for the better making it much healthier. I got up at 7 every morning and jogged around the nearest park. I tried not to sit late (to be honest nothing came out of it!) and tried not to worry about all these psychological problems! I visited a gym four times a week. I gave up my favorite French fries, well-done steak and a glass of whiskey. It seemed sometimes that it was something on the back, between my shoulders! It the wings started to grow...

As a result in the late autumn I felt that such an everyday load had made me more suspicious and irritable than ever! I thought that it all was my sense of guilt I felt every time while taking an erectile dysfunction drug. I wanted to perform sex without any pills and I couldn't see the reason why I didn't want to make love at all! I was sure that it all was my poor potency! If I had knew at that time that sexual desire doesn't depend on either the pills or my will! Now I perfectly know that it was my exercise stress that prevented me from living the normal sexual life and only the medicines helped me.

When I collected a lot of information about sexual potency, erectile dysfunctions, impotence drugs and healthy life-style, I drawn a conclusion that I hadn't to run it into the ground. A person should know when enough is enough because too much water usually drowns millers! You may take erectile dysfunction drugs sometimes - there is no harm in doing that! You may exercise every morning and go to a gym - you are welcome! But it's very important to draw a line between fanaticism and the normal life.

Professional Sport or Sexual Life?

Is it the true that the most weightlifters suffer from impotence? Your guess is as good as mine because I have never set records as a weightlifter! They say in the Internet and on the television (to be honest I don't like this box as much as my laptop!) that almost all great athletes suffer from erectile dysfunction in varying degrees after their career! To be honest it's all the same to me because each man must decide it himself : whether to become a champion of the world or to live a full life as a family man.
